<p>A quick exhaust valve having a low noise structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is connected to the outside with pipes through an input port (11), an output port (13), and an exhaust port (13), and has an input seat (21) and an exhaust seat (23) inside the input port (11) and the exhaust port (13), respectively. The quick exhaust valve having a low noise structure comprises: a body (10) having a gradient surface (25) on the input seat (21) and the exhaust seat (23); a diaphragm (30) which is installed to move vertically according to a pressure change of the body (10) and tightly mounted on the gradient surface (25) of the input seat (21) or the exhaust seat (23); and a pressure control means (40) to dispose a spring (43) to induce stable, tight mounting of the diaphragm (30) and support the diaphragm (30). Accordingly, while air returning from a pneumatic cylinder is discharged based on a light, thin, short, and small structure after a braking operation, pulsation and noise are reduced to improve marketability.</p> |
