PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe having a prescribed length which can secure high seal performance of a plurality of holes which are formed inside, in a pipe manufacturing method and the pipe.SOLUTION: A pipe manufacturing method includes the steps of: positioning and connecting a first pipe main body 100 and a second pipe main body 200 by inserting a first insertion part 301 of a connecting pin 300 into an end of a first hole 101 of the first pipe main body 100, and inserting a second insertion part 302 into an end of a first hole 201 of the second pipe main body 200; welding all peripheries of an external peripheral part of a connecting part between the first pipe main body 100 and the second pipe main body 200, and of internal peripheral parts of the first holes 101 and 201 into which the connecting pin 300 is inserted; and removing the connecting pin 300 remaining inside the first hole 101 of the first pipe main body 100 and the first hole 201 of the second pipe main body 200.
