PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device having a configuration capable of effectively preventing fluctuation of hold potential due to noises entering from the power supply line of an amplifier.SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 has a sample hold circuit which includes a filter 3 and an amplifier 5. The amplifier 5 is connected to a first power supply path 21 at the higher voltage side to which the electric power is supply from a power supply unit 60 and a second power supply path 22 at the lower voltage side to receive the power supply from the outside. The amplifier 5 also includes an input terminal 5a to which a signal is input from the filter 3 side and an output terminal 5c. A signal corresponding to the signal input to the input terminal 5a is output from the output terminal 5c. A second resistance R2 is provided being connected in series to a capacitor Csh across the input terminal 5a of the amplifier 5 and a ground path GND. |
