PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the transmission of an UL (UpLink) signal with a sub-frame other than an UL sub-frame, at fallback operation in the case of communication using a dynamic TDD (Time Division Duplex) method.SOLUTION: A user terminal which communicates using a dynamic TDD method, includes: a receiving unit for receiving control information including a dynamic change instruction of a sub-frame configuration of a dynamic TDD cell; and a control unit for controlling not to perform individual resource transmission with a flexible sub-frame, at the fallback operation based on a sub-frame configuration notified by SIB1 (System Information Block Type 1) or a sub-frame configuration of the dynamic TDD cell notified from an upper-level layer. |
