PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regional power management system and a vehicle charging system which can suitably manage system power to be used in a region using a broadcast wave.SOLUTION: A regional power management system 10 has: a management center 11 which manages system power in a region including a plurality of areas; and a vehicle charging system 14 having a charging stand 21 for charging a battery B of a vehicle C using the system power and a charging controller 23 for controlling the charging stand 21. The management center 11 has a monitoring section 31 which monitors regional power usage as a usage state of the system power in the region, and determines whether the state is tight or not, in other word, whether usage of the system power is limited or not, on the basis of the monitoring result obtained by the monitoring section 31. |
