摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic display device capable of obtaining excellent display quality by suppressing accumulation of electrophoretic particles, and further to provide a driving method of the electrophoretic display device and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electrophoretic display device comprises: a pair of substrates; an electrophoretic layer being interposed between the pair of substrates and including partition walls and electrophoretic particles disposed in individual ones of a plurality of regions partitioned by the partition walls; a display section including a plurality of pixels; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed for each of the plurality of pixels; counter electrodes facing the plurality of pixel electrodes via the electrophoretic layer; a first control line and a second control line being electrically connected to the pixel electrodes and individually having portions not overlapping with the partition walls as viewed in a plan view; and a shield layer being disposed among the first control line, the second control line and the electrophoretic layer, overlapping with the first control line and the second control line as viewed in the plan view and being capable of inputting potential.
