PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conduction sealed composite layer member and a solar cell module including the same having an improved heat dissipation efficiency, photoelectric conversion efficiency, and power generation output, by especially lowering the operating temperature.SOLUTION: The heat conduction sealed composite layer member comprises: a heat conduction composite layer comprising a thermoplastic resin layer with thermal conductivity from 0.5 W/mK to 8 W/mK and a plurality of inorganic particles which are dispersed in the thermoplastic resin and the content of which in the heat conduction composite layer is from 10 volume percent to 70 volume percent; and an adhesive resin layer which is provided on the heat conduction composite layer and has thermal conductivity from 0.05 W/mK to 0.4 W/mK, wherein the thickness of the adhesive resin layer is from 0.1% to 10% of the thickness of the heat conduction sealed composite layer member and the total heat resistance value is from 0.01°C-in/W to 0.72°C-in/W.
