<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image inspection device of a welded part capable of reliably identifying a junction interface of a welded part.SOLUTION: There is provided an image inspection device 100 of a welded part B which inspects a welded state of the welded part B between adjacently arranged rectangular copper wires 21 and 22, which constitute a stator coil 15, by using an image of the welded part B. The device comprises: a first camera 51 which captures an image of the welded part B from a tangential direction; a second camera 52 which captures an image of the welded part B from outside a radial direction; and a controller 50 which inspects a welded state on the basis of a width of a welding bead Y on a junction interface R of the welded part B. The controller 50 identifies a position of the junction interface R from an image in a tangential direction, identifies the width of the welding bead Y at the position of the junction interface R identified in the tangential direction from an image outside the radial direction of the welded part B, and inspects the welded state on the basis of the width of the welding bead Y in the junction interface R.</p> |
