PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrophoresis apparatus capable of suppressing a reduction in display quality, and further to provide the electrophoresis apparatus and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrophoresis apparatus includes the steps of: forming partition walls 35 for partitioning a dispersion medium 15 into individual ones of a plurality of cells on an element substrate 51; applying a sealing material 14 around a display area of the element substrate 51; forming a first sealing film 42a on a counter substrate 52 disposed opposite to the element substrate 51; forming a second sealing film 42b so as to cover the first sealing film 42a; supplying the dispersion medium 15 to the display area of the element substrate 51; and bonding the element substrate 51 and the counter substrate 52 together via the sealing material 14 and causing top portions of the partition walls 35 to bite into the first sealing film 42a and the second sealing film 42b.
