<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output division data having a composite tone whose naturalness is hard to deteriorate from text data with phoneme notation.SOLUTION: A text data division device 1 generates a plurality of phoneme string division assumption data in which text data subject to phoneme notation is divided into a pre-registered phoneme string and selects one phoneme string division assumption data to output it. The text data division device 1 includes: a connection cost storage section 22 for storing connection cost determined by kinds of two phonemes in front of and at the back of a division point; a sequential cost calculation section 12 for calculating cost of each phoneme string division assumption data based on the connection cost; and a phoneme string division data output section 13 for selecting the phoneme string division assumption data having minimum cost of the calculated cost to output it. The connection cost is lower than other connection cost in the connection cost related to a particular phoneme.</p> |
