DRIVING CIRCUIT AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF AND DISPLAY DEVICE

A driving circuit and an operating method thereof and a display device. The driving circuit comprises a booster circuit unit, a load unit and a voltage monitoring unit. The load unit is connected to a power supply that provides an initial input voltage, the booster circuit unit is connected to both the load unit and the voltage monitoring unit, and the load unit is connected to the voltage monitoring unit. The load unit provides a resistor with fixed resistance. The voltage monitoring unit determines whether an actual voltage inputted to the booster circuit unit is lower than a predetermined voltage, and generates a reset signal if it is determined that the actual voltage is lower than the predetermined voltage, the reset signal being used for controlling restart of the driving circuit. The driving circuit can detect its static electricity automatically and restore itself when detecting that the electrostatic current exceeds the maximum current tolerable by the driving circuit, so that the anti-static electricity capacity of the display device is improved.
