An apparatus (100) and method for judging the effectiveness of operations of a head-mounted smart device, wherein the apparatus (100) comprises a movement sensing module (110) configured to sense the movements of human eyes; a characteristic information acquiring module (120) configured to acquire information concerning the distance between at least one of human head and face and the corresponding part of the head-mounted smart device; and a movement effectiveness judging module (130) configured to judge the effectiveness of the movements on the basis of the comparison result of the distance information and a preset threshold range, wherein the movement sensing module (110) and the characteristic information acquiring module (120) are both arranged on the head-mounted smart device. By monitoring in real-time the information concerning the distance between at least one of the head and face of a user wearing the head-mounted smart device and the corresponding part of the head-mounted smart device, and on the basis of the comparison result of the distance information monitored in real-time and the preset threshold range, real-time judgment on the effectiveness of operations of the head-mounted smart device can be realized. |
