<p>A gas meter flat wire sealing assembly, provided with a flat wire (10) penetrating through the inside and the outside of a meter case (11). An adapter (1) with a stopping platform (12) and an axial taper hole (9) is plugged in a through hole of the meter case (11), the two ends of the adapter (1) being located inside and outside the meter case (11). An adapter cover (2) of the adapter (1) is provided with an axial perforation hole. The upper end face of the adapter (1) is provided with a stair platform (7) matched with the adapter cover (2). A conical rubber plug (4) is inserted in the axial taper hole (9) of the adapter (1). The top end of the conical rubber plug (4) is provided with a conical platform (14) at an angle ranging from 10° to 15°. The adapter cover (2) is provided with an assembling boss (13) matched with the stair platform (7). The inside of the assembling boss (13) is provided with an assembling groove (8) matched with the conical platform (14). The top of the outer end face of the conical rubber plug (4) is provided with a washer (3) of the axial perforation hole. The adapter cover (2) is matched with the adapter (1) to be fixed in the meter case (11). The gas meter flat wire sealing assembly saves time and labor during assembling, and has high sealing reliability, reduced overall area due to the flat wire, and long service life.</p> |
