A display device comprises: a first substrate including a display region and a non display region neighboring to the display region; a display unit positioned on the first substrate to correspond to the display region and displaying images; a display wire positioned on the first substrate to correspond to the non display region and connected to the display unit; a second substrate positioned on the first substrate having the display unit and the display wire across the display unit and the display wire; a touch unit positioned on the second substrate to correspond to the display region and sensing a touch; a touch wire positioned on the second substrate to correspond to the non display region and connected to the touch unit; and a noise prevention electrode positioned between the display wire and the touch wire to correspond to the non display unit.
