The present invention provides a polyhedron with an upper width which is narrower than a lower width, a manufacturing method thereof, and a photoelectric conversion device including the same. The photoelectric conversion device includes a substrate, the polyhedron which is arranged on the substrate and has the upper width which is narrower than the lower width, and a semiconductor layer which is arranged on the polyhedron. The photoelectric conversion device applying the polyhedron with the upper width which is narrower than the lower width improves photoelectric conversion efficiency by the structural feature of the polyhedron.
