Disclosed invention relates to a washing machine which comprises a tub; a washing tank installed inside the tub to be rotated; and an ultrasonic wave generation part radiating an ultrasonic wave to washing water stored in the washing tank, and generating bubbles, wherein the ultrasonic wave generation part applies energy of ultrasonic wave to washing water so that the bubbles are in chaotic oscillation state.
