PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation electric wire and a production method thereof, and a rotary electrical machinery and a production method thereof, which are excellent in durability to partial discharge deterioration, and which can be produced by a simple and inexpensive production step, without a complicated production step.SOLUTION: An insulation electric wire is configured so that a conductor is coated with an insulation material of at least one layer, and the insulation electric wire has parts where dielectric constants are different from each other in a longitudinal direction or peripheral direction of the same coating layer. A production method of the insulation electric wire, and a rotary electrical machinery and a production method thereof are also provided. |
