PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure maintenance management system to assist maintenance management of a concrete structure in a manner that records a crack generated on the concrete structure in a chronological order and manages and analyzes the crack together with other information.SOLUTION: A concrete structure maintenance management system comprises: a measuring device 3 to measure a crack generated on a concrete structure; a server 1 to analyze measured information obtained through the measuring device; and a database 2 to record the measured information. The server has a life cycle cost calculation section which calculates a life cycle cost of a measurement object using the measured information. The measured information includes: reference point coordinate information to define a coordinate system; time information to indicate time when the measured information is obtained; and crack information in forms of positional coordinates to identify a position and a shape of the crack, a crack width and a crack length. |
