PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitation tissue paper which has soft and concentrated hue, and in which white water is hardly contaminated in a production step.SOLUTION: Provided is the colored sanitation tissue paper comprising: a coloring agent; a fixer; and a lotion agent. An addition rate of the fixer to an addition rate of present conversion of the coloring agent is 0.05 or more and 2.00 or less, and in an L*a*b* coloring system, an L* value of 60 or more and 96 or less, and a* value or b* value in which at least one of them has an absolute value of 3 or more, are included. |
