PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular braking control apparatus capable of inhibiting the change of a vehicle attitude accompanying the enforcement of braking control varying regenerative braking force while preventing increase of a control load.SOLUTION: There is provided a vehicular braking control apparatus applied to the vehicle comprising a second motor imparting executive regenerative braking force BPR to the front wheel of the vehicle, and a hydraulic braking device imparting executive hydraulic braking force BPP to the front and rear wheels of the vehicle. The vehicular braking control apparatus sets a restriction to the increasing gradient of the regenerative braking force when the distribution ratio of the front and rear braking force FBP and RBP to required braking force BPT changes according to enforcement of the braking control varying the executive regenerative braking force BPR.
