A series of operations is performed for each of a plurality of batches of a product produced at a production facility. The batches are produced based on a formulation specifying a first quantity of a component. The operations include determining a second quantity of the component in the batch actually produced, determining a difference between the second quantity and the first quantity, and determining whether the difference is within a predetermined tolerance. The operations also include updating, in real time, a statistic representing a percentage of batches produced at the production facility for which the difference is within the tolerance, based on the difference, and providing to a user, in real time, access to the updated statistic. Access to a web page displaying a graphical indicator of the statistic may be provided to a user.
