A spacer, a liquid crystal panel comprising the spacer and a display device. The spacer comprises a first part (21) made of a rigid material and a second part (22) made of a flexible material. The first part (21) is fixedly connected to the second part (22). The liquid crystal panel neither produces undesirable low-temperature bubbles under accidental impact at low temperature nor produces undesirable pressing due to excessively flexible spacers.
