A gamma reference voltage generation device and a display. The gamma reference voltage generation device comprises: a gamma reference voltage source and a gamma reference voltage conversion module, wherein the gamma reference voltage source is connected to the gamma reference voltage conversion module and is used for providing a gamma reference voltage. The gamma reference voltage generation device also comprises at least one temperature compensation circuit which is connected to the gamma reference voltage conversion module and is used for automatically adjusting an output voltage according to the temperature change, so as to compensate for the gamma reference voltage of the gamma reference voltage source output through the gamma reference voltage conversion module. The display comprises the gamma reference voltage generation device, so that poor display generated because of temperature influence can be avoided.
