<p>The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for displaying an application interface button, where the method includes: receiving, on an application interface, an externally triggered button display instruction; obtaining a preset expandable and contractible button collection container according to the button display instruction; and expanding, in a form of an arc area and on the application interface, the button collection container, and displaying, in the arc area, buttons in the button collection container. In the present disclosure, the button collection container is expanded in the form of an arc area and on the application interface, and the buttons are distributed in an arc area for display, so that when the buttons need to be used, the button collection container is expanded, and the buttons are presented; and when the buttons do not need to be used, the button collection container can be folded and contracted, to make the buttons invisible. Relative to a strip-type area, the arc area can effectively reduce transversal and longitudinal expansion spans, and therefore it is not easy to cause a phenomenon that another element on the application interface is covered, and occupation of a screen space is reduced.</p> |
