　Provided is a hair cosmetic composition configured as an oxidation hair dye composition, hair bleaching composition, or hair dye remover composition applied to hair as a foam formulation foamed by shaking a plurality of agents, wherein the hair cosmetic composition contains component (A) and component (B), and therefore has exceptional foamability and excellent foam quality and resists defoaming over time. (A) One or more selected from nonionic surfactants. (B) One or more selected from dipropylene glycol and polypropylene glycol having a degree of polymerization of 3 or higher.
