<p>A switching-element drive device that: is used in a power converting device equipped with an upper arm configured from a plurality of power semiconductor switching elements connected in parallel, and a lower arm configured from a plurality of power semiconductor switching elements connected in parallel; and contains a plurality of capacitors, an upper-arm gate drive circuit that respectively supplies, via a plurality of gate connection wires, gate drive signals to a gate terminal of each of the plurality of power semiconductor switching elements constituting the upper arm, and a lower-arm gate drive circuit that respectively supplies, via a plurality of gate connection wires, gate drive signals to a gate terminal of each of the plurality of power semiconductor switching elements constituting the lower arm. In the upper arm and lower arm, each of the plurality of gate connection wires connected to each of the gate terminals of the plurality of power semiconductor switching elements connected in parallel is connected to another gate connection wire via a capacitor.</p> |
