Disclosed is a mechanical plugging device for a heat exchanger tube without welding to be applicable to a case wherein a welding type sealing device is not applicable. The mechanical plugging device for a heat exchanger tube seals a space between a tube plate and a heat exchanger tube to be engaged with the tube plate. The mechanical plugging device for a heat exchanger tube comprises: a support part inserted into the heat exchanger tube to be supported in an inner circumference of the heat exchanger tube; a locking part inserted in one side of the heat exchanger tube to be joined to the support part; and a sealing part provided between the support part and the locking part to adhere to one side of the tube plate when the locking part is joined to the support part. Therefore, the mechanical plugging device for the heat exchanger tube allows rapid work through simple application; uses mechanical fastening without welding to be applicable when welding is not applicable; allows repeated removal and installation without causing permanent deformation of a heat exchanger; and maximizes sealability.
