<p>Disclosed is a vertical exhaustion type grease filter with excellent filter efficiency. According to the present invention, the vertical exhaustion type grease filter with excellent filter efficiency comprises: a front plate which includes a plurality of long vent units for sucking smell, smoke, and heat, generated in a kitchen, and includes a front adsorption unit extending to have a bending portion between the vent units; and a rear plate which has a rear adsorption unit fixed thereto, which is spaced apart from the front plate and has the bending portion to protrude between the front adsorption unit. Accordingly, the filter sucks the smell, smoke, and heat, generated in the kitchen to increase collecting efficiency of a grease droplet (oil) contained therein, and at the same time, minimize a pressure loss, generated while passing through the filter, thereby being energy-efficient, providing cleanness, and minimizing environmental pollution.</p> |
