PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overload determination device capable of suppressing load imposed on a component for determining overload in a vehicle and improving determination accuracy of overload in the vehicle.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 16 for detecting air pressure of a tire 6 and an RF sensor 15 for detecting a distance between a wheel section 5 and the tire 6 are provided for each of a plurality of wheels 1 to 4. Overload in a vehicle 10 is determined when the distance between the wheel section 5 and the tread section of the tire 6 detected by the RF sensor 15 is reduced while air pressure of the tire detected by the pressure sensor 16 is not lowered. |
