PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification device capable of sterilizing air and water droplets in an internal space in a gas-liquid contact chamber even at the time of using a large amount of air, and removing dirt on a surface of a filter and saprophyte in the inside.SOLUTION: A filter 9 comprising photocatalyst, and a plasma generator 10 facing a surface 11 of the filter 9 are provided, and thereby, water scattered by a sprinkler nozzle 8 and air passing the filter 9 are sterilized by plasma generated with the plasma generator 10. Furthermore, dirt accumulated on the surface 11 of the filter 9 and saprophyte generated inside the gas-liquid contact filter 9 are removed by photocatalyst comprised in the filter 9, and sterilization effect is increased by plasma generated with the plasma generator 10. |
