<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of mounting an integrated component of a blow molded article in which the integrated component can be fused to the inner surface of an outer wall of a fuel tank at a predetermine position with simple equipment.SOLUTION: In a method of mounting an integrated component 20 of a blow molded article 1 on which the integrated component 20 is mounted, the upper part and the lower part of the integrated component 20 are held with an upper side holding member 30 and a lower side holding member 35. A blow molding mold 40 is opened, a parison 8 is arranged, and the integrated component 20 is inserted into the parison 8 while held with the upper side holding member 30 and the lower side holding member 35. In the upper side and the lower side of the blow molding mold 40, the parison 8 is nipped with an upper pinch plate 43 and a lower pinch plate 44, and an upper side pinch part 32 and a lower side pinch part 37 are welded with the parison 8. The blow molding mold 40 is closed, blow molding is performed, the integrated component 20 is mounted on the inner surface of an outer wall 10 of the blow molded article 1, and the upper side holding member 30 and the lower side holding member 35 are cut off in the upper part and the lower part of the blow molded article 1 removed from the blow molding mold 40.</p> |
