<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance workability while suppressing malfunction of a controller.SOLUTION: A controller 10 for controlling an industrial robot comprises: a power circuit board 13 feeding a motor of the industrial robot; a metallic case body 40 accommodating therein the power circuit board 13; and a motor control board 15 arranged outside of the case body 40. An interior of the metallic case body 40 shields noise radiated from the power circuit board 13. Owing to this, the motor control board 15 arranged outside of the case body 40 is less susceptible to the influence of the noise as well as heat from the power circuit board 13 that also acts as a heating source and there is less risk of device malfunctioning. Furthermore, the power circuit board 13 and the like accommodated in the case body 40 are not touched at a time of maintenance since the motor control board 15 is provided outside of the case body 40. Owing to this, it is unnecessary to pay attention to the possible electric shock due to contact with a dangerous voltage part and excellent maintainability can be ensured.</p> |
