摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode material by which an electrode material superior in voltage resistance and deposition resistance can be manufactured at lower cost.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode material comprises the steps of: molding mix powder consisting of a mixture of Cu powder, Cr powder, powder of refractory metal (e.g. Mo), and Te powder by compression; and sintering the resultant mold in a non-oxidizing atmosphere at a temperature of a Cu melting point or lower. As the Cr powder mixed in the mix powder, Cr powder of particles having diameters of 40μm or smaller, of which the volume relative particle amount is less than 10% is used. In the mix powder, the Cr powder is mixed by 10 to 50 wt.%, the refractory metal powder is mixed by 1 to less than 7 wt.%, and the Te powder is mixed by 0.01 to 0.2 wt.%.</p>
