PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map creation system that can prevent an autonomous travelling body from colliding with an obstacle existing at a boundary of an area where the autonomous travelling body is movable or in the vicinity of the boundary.SOLUTION: A map creation system allowing a navigational probe vehicle 210 to travel on a boundary of a certain area and storing a travelling trajectory positioned by a GPS as map data indicative of a boundary line of the area a positioning accuracy calculation unit 703 that calculates positioning accuracy about each of positioning points included in the travelling trajectory; an amount-of-correction calculation unit 746 that calculates an amount of correction about each of the positioning points on the basis of each positioning accuracy calculated by the positioning accuracy calculation unit; and a boundary line creation unit 743 that respectively moves the positioning point by the amount of correction calculated by the amount-of-correction calculation unit and defines a travelling trajectory after moved as a boundary line of the area. |
