<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-linked enzyme aggregate which improves the durability without lowering the catalyst activity, thereby solving the problem about catalysts which lower or lose their catalyst activities by being subjected to reductive reaction.SOLUTION: The cross-linked enzyme aggregation of the invention has a structure where an enzyme molecule is cross-linked with a compound having imide ester groups as cross-linking functional groups. As the compound having imide ester groups as the cross-linking functional groups, a compound having two or more of imide ester groups in one molecule is preferable. It is preferable that the compound has the imide ester group at a terminal of a linear or branched hydrocarbon group having two or more carbons, or a terminal of two or more of the hydrocarbon groups bonded via one or more linkage groups.</p> |
