The invention relates to a device (1) for carrying out an organic Rankine cycle, in which an organic working agent is circulated in a circuit, having an evaporator (2), a turbine (3), a condenser (5), a supply pump (6), and a return line to the evaporator (2). A first flow of a heat transfer medium for heating the working agent through a heat exchanger (9) is arranged downstream of an outlet (8) of the evaporator (2). Additionally, a second flow of the heat transfer medium through the heat exchanger (9) is arranged upstream of a feed (10) of the evaporator (2), said second flow being thermally coupled to the first flow. The invention also relates to a method for operating said device (1). |
