The present invention provides a manufacture of a signal conditioning plate and a method for efficiently measuring a signal therethrough, the method comprising the steps of: providing a fixing casing in a fixing part, and inserting and fixing an underwater hydrophone into/to the fixing casing; manufacturing a vertical moving part by providing a sound-absorbing board on the upper side of a lower flat board and by providing a fixing external board so as to allow an edge of the lower flat board and an edge of the sound-absorbing board to border each other at the same time such that the sound-absorbing board is fixed to the lower flat board, forming, in the vertical moving part, a hydrophone hole through which the underwater hydrophone can pass, and positioning the vertical moving part on the upper part of the fixing part such that the vertical moving part is spaced from the fixing part at a predetermined distance; providing a height adjusting part between the fixing part and the vertical moving part so as to structurally connect the fixing part and the vertical moving part; and vertically moving the vertical moving part through an expanding or contracting action of the height adjusting part, so as to adjust a distance between the fixing part and the vertical moving part, such that a standoff distance between the underwater hydrophone and the vertical moving part is adjusted, wherein the sound-absorbing board suppresses the generation of a reflected wave by absorbing an incident wave transferred underwater. |
