The invention relates to biotechnology and describes adjuvant-free corpuscular vaccine directed against several antigens as a micro particles aqueous suspension formed from protective antigens representing anatoxins and/or bacterial fixed cell and/or viral particles, isolated and/or recombinant and/or synthetic antigens of bacteria and/or viruses. Also described is a method for producing vaccine, comprising: (a) chemical modification of one or several antigens using activating reagents; (b) forming micro particles by coprecipitation of chemically modified and non-modified protective antigens using condensing substances which do not react with the chemically modified and non-modified protective antigens; (c) neutralization of free reaction groups of the protective antigens within micro particles; (d) washing of vaccine micro particles from residue of soluble substances of the initial suspension, not bound protective antigens, soluble technological admixtures, condensing substances, activating and neutralizing reagents using centrifugation and/or microfiltration and/or electrophoresis. The described vaccine provides to induce protective humoral and cell immunity, has extremely low toxicity and reactogenicity. |
