PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manage voltage at a predetermined monitoring point such as a power reception point of a building, in addition to making it possible to use generated power of a distribution type power supply as effectively as possible.SOLUTION: A power management device is configured so as to comprise: an effective power control unit for performing effective power control targetting a facility apparatus group which includes a facility apparatus as a distribution type power supply and is connected to a commercial power supply; a voltage monitoring unit for monitoring voltage at a predetermined monitoring point in a power system of the facility apparatus group; and a voltage control unit which controls so that the effective power control unit performs operation plan based effective power control according to an operation plan when the voltage at the monitoring point is within a predetermined threshold range, and executes reactive power control of a predetermined facility apparatus in the facility apparatus group so as to make the voltage at the monitoring point be within the threshold range while making the effective power control unit perform the operation plan based effective power control when the voltage at the monitoring point is out of the threshold range. |
