PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability in regard to the rotation balance adjustment of a revolution body.SOLUTION: A stirring and defoaming device comprises: a revolving rotor; a container capable of accommodating an object to be processed, which rotates and revolves; a balance weight configured to come close or separate from a revolution axis line in a movable way; an X-axis acceleration detection part 711 in which a detection direction is arranged toward an X-axis direction among plane directions; a Y-axis acceleration detection part 712 in which the detection direction is arranged toward a Y-axis direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction among the plane directions; a Z-axis acceleration detection part 713 in which the detection direction is arranged toward a Z-axis direction that is a vertical direction; and a positional deviation determination part 82 for determining a positional deviation of a balance of the center of gravity with respect to the revolution axis line in a revolution body which is a portion revolving with the rotor on the basis of the detection results of the X-axis acceleration detection part 711, the Y-axis acceleration detection part 712, and the Z-axis acceleration detection part 713. |
