<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by reducing a burden on a user in a case in which any probe is selected and used from among a plurality of probes or a case in which the use of the probe ends in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: A sensor 12D for detecting the position and posture is provided in each probe 12, 14, 16. A transmission and reception control part 52 determines taking-out of a probe by a user, and controls a probe selector 38 to connect the taken-out probe to a transmission part 36 and a reception part 40. Thereby the connection state is formed. After that, transmission and reception of an ultrasonic wave is started, and thereby the transmission and reception state is formed. In a case in which the probe in use is returned to a holder corresponding thereto, the transmission and reception control part 52 determines use end, and thereby the freeze state in which transmission and reception are stopped is formed. At this time, the connection state is maintained.</p> |
