WEED-PROOF GREENING CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed-proof greening construction, which is hardly broken and eroded, excellent in a weed-proof effect, capable of raising introduced plants for a long period and including a weed-proof sheet, and can be conservation and formation of a landscape of a region and does not prevent visual fields in traffic while increasing greenery.SOLUTION: The weed-proof greening construction comprises a weed-proof foundation sheet having water permeability and a water retention property, passing plant roots while blocking light, and having black, long fiber nonwoven fabric as undersurface which makes it difficult for weeds to grow, the sheet being a first step of: coating the undersurface with asphalt emulsion which has water permeability and a property to blacken when it is dried; spraying soil in good quality for promoting rooting in a thickness of several millimeters; and fixing it by polymeric resin with water permeability to make it the weed-proof foundation sheet. Further, the construction comprises a second step of: superposing short fiber nonwoven fabric with water repellency, a polyethylene sheet with a root preventive property, and a long fiber nonwoven fabric with water permeability and a water retention property, in this order from top and uniting them; forming large numbers of open holes of several to tens of millimeters at regular intervals for growing plants; and uniting a seeding sheet of introduced plants to an undersurface of the long fiber nonwoven fabric. The second step is superposed on the first step of the weed-proof foundation sheet, thereby inhibiting growing of weeds and raising the introduced plants for a long period.
