<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time necessary for video processing of a video signal if the selection of an input terminal is switched.SOLUTION: Based on a set language set in an AV (Audio Video) amplifier 1, a control unit 2 predicts a transmission method of a digital video signal inputted from a digital signal input terminal 6 or a digital video signal converted by a video decoder 12. The controller 2 also predicts input resolution of the digital video signal and an input vertical frequency on the basis of the predicted transmission method and an input terminal selected by a selector 9. The controller 2 further sets the predicted input resolution and the input vertical frequency to a video processor 13.</p> |
