<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite ceramic capacitor formed of a plurality of combined ceramic capacitors and having a high rating voltage and electrostatic capacitance, and a light-emitting apparatus and a mobile terminal constituted by the same composite ceramic capacitor.SOLUTION: The composite ceramic capacitor includes a plurality of laminate ceramic capacitors 1 having external electrodes 7 disposed on the end face. The plurality of laminate ceramic capacitors are disposed lengthwise and breadthwise, with an end face 5 of one ceramic body facing an end face of another and each external electrode 7 connected to each other by a joint material 9. This configures the composite ceramic capacitor of combined laminate ceramic capacitors 1 in parallel and serial connections. The composite ceramic capacitor 10 as a whole has high voltage resistance.</p> |
