<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can inhibit fragments of a semiconductor chip and a peripheral member of the semiconductor chip from bursting outward.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device of the present embodiment comprises: a semiconductor chip including a first terminal surface and a second terminal surface on the side opposite to the first terminal surface; an insulation part surrounding a circumference of a lateral face of the semiconductor chip; and a metal part arranged between the lateral face of the semiconductor chip and an internal surface of the insulation part.</p> |
