PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pressure mechanism which can apply elastic pressure to a spade member at a use position for the purpose of improving operability by applying elastic pressure to a front edge portion of the spade member at a forwardly-descending use position by surely plowing the spade member into the farm soil while preventing floating of the spade member, and by surely excavating the farm soil by the spade member and surely transferring the soil to a soil carriage platform.SOLUTION: An installment frame 3 is vertically-movably provided to a machine body 1, and a soil carriage platform 15 is rearwardly-tiltably provided to the installment frame 3. There are provided: a spade member 13 at the lower portion of the installment frame 3 by a holding mechanism 9 in such a manner that the spade member 13 is held in a forwardly-descending manner and in a pivotally-raisable manner; a raising mechanism 30 which pivotally raises the spade member from the forwardly-descending use position "a" to a non-use position "b" by an operation lever 32; and an elastic pressure mechanism 37 which can apply elastic pressure to the spade member at a use position.
