<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant of one-piece implant treatment in which a structure for inhibiting down-growth of an epithelial tissue in a collar is provided, and an abutment structure capable of adjusting a position in response to a level of the down-growth, namely, changing a mounting height to the collar of the abutment is provided.SOLUTION: A dental implant comprises a fixture 14 implanted in an alveolar bone, and a collar 12 extending to the position exposed to the epithelial tissue surface of the upper part of the alveolar bone and provided with a side surface tapering from the fixture 14 toward the other end. Thereby, the entry of bacteria from a mouth is prevented when mounting an abutment 16. Further, the abutment 16 fitted while covering the collar 12 is provided by using the side surface of the collar 12 as a sealing part. The abutment 16 is structured so that the fitting position in the height direction in the collar 12 can be adjusted.</p> |
