An optical film positioning device, comprising positioning holes (10) on an optical film (1), and positioning posts (12) inserted in the positioning holes (10); the positioning posts (12) pass through the positioning holes (10) to fix the optical film (1) on a carrier substrate; the shapes of the positioning holes (10) respectively extend in the contraction/expansion direction of the optical film (1) at corresponding positions; the positioning device is provided with a plurality of positioning holes (10) having different shapes around a fixing hole (101); the long axis extension direction of the positioning holes (10) is consistent with the contraction/expansion direction of the optical film (1) at that point, and the width in the long axis extension direction thereof is greater than the diameter of a positioning post (12); a definite width is reserved in the positioning hole (10), allowing the optical film (1) to freely contract and expand at each positioning point, so that the positioning posts (12) do not interfere with the positioning holes (10) and cause bending and deformation thereof when thermal expansion and contraction of the optical film (1) occurs, thus ensuring flatness of the optical film (12), and improving the quality of a backlight module. |
