The objective of the present invention is to provide a cartridge-type inkjet recording device that can accurately and easily connect a cartridge-type replenishing liquid vessel to an inkjet recording device. This cartridge-type inkjet recording device having a liquid vessel (19) to which a replenishing liquid vessel (600) can be attached/removed is characterized by the liquid vessel having: a liquid replenishment opening (501) for replenishing liquid from the cartridge-type replenishing liquid vessel (600); a cam (503) that is provided to the periphery of the liquid replenishment opening (501), engages a portion of the cartridge-type replenishing liquid vessel (600), and moves the cartridge-type replenishing liquid vessel (600) in the vertical direction; and a cam operation section (504) that operates the cam (503).
