<p>The present invention relates to fermented vegetable oil and a method for preparing same, wherein the oil is prepared by fermenting vegetable oil with a culture concentrate of a microorganism of Rhizopus sp. to thereby prepare fermented vegetable oil rich in free essential unsaturated fatty acid for the alleviation of itchy skin and atopic dermatitis, a moisturizing effect, and the prevention of cell membrane damage. The present invention is characterized by being obtained by fermenting, using a culture concentrate of a microorganism of Rhizopus sp., vegetable oil selected from the group consisting of borage oil, moringa oil, evening primrose seed oil, camellia oil, olive oil, sunflower seed oil, and a mixture of two oils from among the oils. Also provided is a topical skin agent or a cosmetic composition containing the fermented vegetable oil for the alleviation of itchy skin and atopic dermatitis, a moisturizing effect, and the prevention of cell membrane damage.</p> |
